Director of Mechanical Engineering/Lead Project Manager
The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with consistent high level of quality.
• Demonstrated ability to determine what makes a high quality deliverable product, whether it is Construction Documents or Studies.
• Creativity and Persistence - the ability and open-mindedness to explore 5 or 10 different solutions when necessary.
• Ability to effectively communicate in languages other than "Engineer". (Communicate in a fashion that can be understood by those outside our industry.)
• Ability to teach and mentor young engineers to become competent designers and project managers. As you grow and advance, you should train your replacement.
• Desire for continuous improvement. Always thinking about how to improve the way we engineer.
