sys-tek offers an extremely generous benefit plan to its employees.

Benefit Cost Eligibility
Health Care Coverage Three plans are offered with sys-tek paying 100% of the premium for employee (and family) on two of the plans and the employee paying a portion of the premium on one of the plans. Available to all full-time employees working at least thirty hours per week. Eligibility begins the first of the month following thirty days of employment.
Dental Care Coverage sys-tek pays 100% of the premium for employee (and family). Available to all full-time employees working at least thirty hours per week. Eligibility begins the first of the month following thirty days of employment.
Vision Coverage Low monthly cost for eye exam, glasses and contact coverage. Available to all full-time employees working at least thirty hours per week. Eligibility begins the first of the month following thirty days of employment.
Life Insurance, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, and Long Term Disability Insurance sys-tek pays 100% of the cost. Available to all full-time employees beginning the first of the month following thirty days of employment.
Short Term Disability Optional cost to employee. Available to all full-time employees beginning the first of the month following thirty days of employment.
Simple SEP Retirement Savings Plan Employee may contribute up to 15% of annual salary. Available to all full-time employees beginning the first of the month following thirty days of employment.
Health Savings Account sys-tek contibutes a monthly amount. Employee may opt to contibute additional amounts. Available only to employees enrolled in high-deductible health care plan.
Flexible Spending Account Employee may defer pretax up to $3,500 per year for medical expenses and up to $5,000 per year for dependent care expenses. Available to all full-time employees beginning the first of the month following thirty days of employment.
Paid Time Off sys-tek pays 100%. PTO is begins to accrue monthly upon completion of thirty day completion of introductory period.
Sick Time sys-tek pays 100%. Do not come to work when you are sick. Very liberal policy, monitored for abuse.
Holidays sys-tek pays 100%. Full-time employees who have completed their introductory period. Holidays include: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thu. and Fri.), Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
Direct Deposit Employee may have check deposited into one account or spread across multiple accounts. Available immediately to all employees.
Professional Development sys-tek pays or offers reimbursement for licensing exams and renewals, PDH's, CEU's, and professional memberships. Available to full-time employees. Pre-approval required. Reimbursement amounts will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Education Assistance sys-tek offers reimbursement of registration and tuition fees for continued education in a related field. Available to full-time employees with at least six months of service. Pre-approval required and strict guidelines must be followed.
