The sys-tek National Commissioning Network: How It Works

Since 1995, sys-tek has offered commissioning services. We're a progressive, experienced firm that has developed a unique approach to commissioning using a software tool kit that simplifies the commissioning process, allowing you to spend time on what is important and that is doing the actual work of commissioning.

We are in the process of signing up commissioning agents who are interested in playing in the commissioning field on a National Level.

Being part of the sys-tek National Commissioning Network gives you access to the other commissioning agents on a National Level allowing you to combine your forces with other Commissioning Agents (CxA's) and tackle the larger projects without staffing up.

The Program: How Will It Work?

When a commissioning agent (CxA) or company signs up that will sign a contract with sys-tek that will allow them to use the software took kit as long as they are in good membership standing.

To promote membership initially we are going to get CxA's to sign up and pay us by making up there first $200,000 in fees using the program by 10%. We will give them 1 full year to book the business and make the payment of $20,000. After the first year and initial membership the annual fees will be $6,000. This will pay for membership organizational cost and to support CxA's in going after national projects.

We will maintain the national database of projects and personnel and orchestrate resources for members.

We will provide a mark-up on staff by 10% and be used as a broker for all the CxA's to staff their projects We will provide support and training to the CxA's to help them get projects using project and personnel resumes from all the national members.

We will mentor smaller companies on how to establish a smallbusiness. This will include how to get a web site, email, phone systems and contracts.
