The Benefits

• Access and use of sys-tek's software commissioning tool kit that simplifies the commissioning process by providing standardization among all your field technicians on every project. The tool kit provides a database of real time record of data acquisition and project issues for you know where you are at on every project daily
• Combining forces with other commissioning agents in the program on a National basis gives you access to staff-up for a project without the cost. In addition, given that everyone in the program utilizes the same tool kit for data acquisition and commissioning documentation and reporting you can be assured whoever is working on your project is doing the job the right and consistent with yourstaff
• Using National Network we as a group can go after National Accounts and provide the client with a consistent product across the board regardless of location. Currently there is no one who can provide this type of service with consistency at this level
• Using the national database of projects you can submit on potential projects with confidence knowing your qualifications combine with the national network of commissioning agents can back you up on any size project
• sys-tek will provide Marketing support if you are part of the National Network. Marketing support will include project and employee resumes using your logo on customized marketing material. This will allow the new start-up company's to compete on day 1 and allow the smaller company to compete for larger projects
• Training will be provided for all National Network members. Training will be provided on the use of the commissioning kit as well as specialized classes design specifically to teach the art of commissioning
• Using the sys-tek tool kit makes United States Green Building Council (USGBC) www.usgbc.org/ LEED Certification for Enhanced Commissioning a breeze by automatic generation of test scripts, functional testing, commissioning reports and energy use evaluation. Other accessories with the tool kit include setting up and providing a Monitoring and Verification program which provides additional 2 points for the LEED Certification Program
• Provide values added services such as Monitoring and Verification on your LEED projects and have the reports automatically formatted and emailed to you in real time.

The Program: What Is It?

• We have created a national program where we can sign-up Commissioning Agents and companies to be part of the network
• By being a network partner we will provide training on using our commissioning software tool kit. This tool kit is unique and provides automatic commissioning plan development, commissioning reports and data collection in a database structure that will allow the commissioning agent (CxA) to provide consistent services regardless of client and who is working on the project
• We will provide mentoring for smaller companies who are just getting started inthe business
• By being a member a commissioning company will use of our software tool kit. The idea is to have a national organization using the same means and methods for providing commissioning services for buildings. By doing this we can gainnational recognition and obtain national accounts for larger corporations whoown real-estate
• Being part of a national network will allow you to use resources from other commissioning providers. Since the commissioning business staffing can be hard to manage this will allow a company to go after larger projects without staffing up for just the one project.

Becoming a Member

The first member company is Level 5 Commissioning, LLC located in Houston Texas. This company is a minority company and is registered as a Historically Under Utilized Business (HUB) in the state of Texas. Level 5 will be the example company for all future national members.

To promote membership initially we are allowing CxA's to sign up today and pay after booking business using our Tool Kit. This will allow any company to get started now as part of this program and take up to 12 months to pay for the initial membership.

Initial cost for membership which includes training, marketing support, and program development will be $20,000. Annual membership cost will be as little as $500/month.

• Members will have territorial rights. Meaning by signing up earlier you can be assured that your business has first right for projects in your city for National Accounts
• Can provide assistance for Business Start-up byproviding project and employee resumes. In addition, can provide mentoring to small business start-up allowing you to take charge of your career.
