Natalie is passionate about the details and communication. She is committed to providing service which extends client expectations and enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience. She is a 'hands-on' Project Manager, directly engaging all trades to best assist them in their successful implementation of projects.

Natalie has provided services on all levels; i.e. Owner, Design Consulting, General Contracting, Sub-tier Contracting and Commissioning Consulting. With this level of service, she can easily communicate amongst all service providers in providing the added benefit of collaborative partnerships resulting in 'win-win' solutions.

EXPERIENCE

With over 30 years of experience, Natalie has provided project management for design and construction projects managing all work divisions, with special expertise in MEP systems totaling in excess of 1 billion dollars. In addition, Natalie has performed and managed systems commissioning on complex energy performance projects, including over 24 thermal storage systems, highly intricate laboratory and health-care facilities.

She is also extensively knowledgeable in contract management and negotiations, value engineering input, energy conservation measures, construction methods, quality assurance and systems commissioning.

Natalie also has extensive experience working both in the project management and construction services of MEP design engineering and in systems commissioning for the sectors including; but not all inclusive, in Higher Education Mission Critical facilities which must maintain operations 24/7, Health-care, Life Sciences facilities encompassing Research Labs, Chemistry, Physics and Biomedica and Vivarium. She understand the intricate pressure relationships in such Life Sciences facilities and knows how to effectively communicate this importance during the test and balance/commissioning process.

Energy Performance

Natalie energy performance upgrade experience includes ESCO 1 for the Houston Independence School District, the first energy services performed contracting agreement in HISD history, Campus-wide energy performance programs for the University of Houston and University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas.
