At sys-tek we devote ourselves to fulfilling our passions through the work that we do. We are always learning and continuously growing. It is all about creating an environment that promotes leadership that is in each of us. By doing so we as a team provide extraordinary results.
Our company is much like a family and we believe in each other and more than anything we trust each other. sys-tek does not believe in the standard employee / employer model. The company pays 50% of the health insurance costs for each associate and their families. To us health insurance is like breathing and is simply required to protect our family.
We keep our company policies simple and truly despise bureaucracy. Example our sick policy is so very simple: “If you are sick, do not come to work”
We are always interested in learning about high-quality people, and we often have new positions that are not yet listed on this page. If you are tired of bureaucracy and feeling trapped.
