Our company is much like a family and we believe in each other and more than anything we trust each other. sys-tek does not believe in the standard employee / employer model. The company pays 100% of the health insurance costs for each associate and their families. To us health insurance is like breathing and is simply required to protect our family.
We keep our company policies simple and truly despise bureaucracy. Example our sick policy is so very simple: “If you are sick, do not come to work”
We care about the kids of sys-tek. They are our extended family and one of the primary reasons for our purpose in existing. With that said, sys-tek supplements the cost for the sys-tek kids to attend college or trade school. It is truly a really cool program and the prerequisites for the program requires five years of service and a education plan that we all put together as a team.
