Our university and campus experience includes several projects for universities throughout the Midwest including both the "Big Twelve" and "Big Ten" school systems. Projects include libraries, dormitories, research laboratories, animal research facilities, veterinary medicine, and central utility projects.
The challenge with these projects is having an engineer that has experience not only with current technology and design standards, but retro-fitting equipment for campus facilities that are 20-30 years old. This is where our commissioning experience provides real value by evaluating equipment not only from look and feel but does it work. In addition, if it does work, how efficient. We not only know how to design a new system for you, but we are able to retro-commission an existing system and discover the performance issue that you are experiencing.
