sys-tek naturally gravitates towards the higher technology and more challenging projects.  One of the reasons for this is because we have always been involved in pharmaceutical, bio-tech, mission critical facilities along with phased renovation projects for public facilities that remain occupied during construction. 

What we have learned from this experience is that we can apply these skills with great success to other type projects including detention centers, libraries, hospitals, higher education and even your typical office building.

The difference is our attention to detail combined with strong communication skills and the internal drive to never leave any stone unturned and follow through to the very end.  We are like a pit bull.  Once on the project we are not leaving until it is completed and working regardless of the bottom line.

Over 50% of our projects are renovation type where the building or area being renovated has to remain operational during the construction process.
