LEED™ Certified

dnr-exteriorCommitted to designs meeting and exceeding the standards developed by LEED(TM), the "Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design" Green Building Rating System. Recent projects include Silver Certification using LEED-EB  for Missouri Bank located on Southwest Blvd in Kansas City.  For this project we provided both engineering design and the commissioning prerequisite.  Also, provided Enhanced Commissioning and Monitoring & Verification for the State of Missouri, Department of Natural Resource (DNR) Facility, located in Jefferson City, Missouri.  The DNR building received a Platinum Certification.

On-Call Services

Using computer modeling techniques, hands-on experience and common sense, we implement sound technical solutions. These advancements improve energy-efficiency, and at the same time improve system performance without increased complexity. Through retro commissioning we can identify measurable energy saving before and after upgrades. This documented process provides validation to your energy program.
