A couple hours ago I was trying to write a new e-mail, and I got an error message that said "Out of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try again." I'm sure that Bill Gates & Microsoft was not intending any sort of philosophical message, but I received one anyway.

A few months ago, I wrote a blog article regarding Building Information Modeling. I wasn't so sure at the time how soon sys-tek would consider jumping into the world of BIM, primarily because we have to see real demand for those services, and be very committed to making it work. Well recent conversations with architect friends at Hollis + Miller, Bell / Knott Associates, and Berger Devine Yaeger have convinced use the time has come. Effective October 1, 2009, sys-tek is making the leap to Revit MEP 2010!

The Johnson County Facilities Management Department contracted systek to provide Commissioning, Testing and Balancing Services for a new 133,000 square foot, $555 million Adult Detention Center located at the Fred Allenbrand Criminal Justice Comlex.
