We have been providing commissioning start-up services long before it became a buzzword and long before the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) made commissioning a buzzword.  Don't get us wrong we are elated that the USGBC has made commissioning a prerequisite and provides LEED points for enhanced system commissioning.  We have the experience combined with a unique skill set, simple as that.

 

sys-tek's skill set and experience includes actual installation of building control systems in over 140 separate mission critical facilities.  As a prime contractor we have provided over 60-million dollars of construction.  We have provided testing, adjusting and balancing services on our projects since our conception and we have been in the engineering design business our entire careers.  This experience is totally unique to sys-tek and combined with a passion to exceed all expectations in everything we do, sets us apart from the norm.
