What It Is

We break commissioning down to it simplest form, which is “MAKE-IT-WORK”. By using this simple approach we can test everything we do as a company for our clients. Example, if we are commissioning a chiller typically the commissioning requirements call for both validating chiller capacity and energy consumption. When we use our test of “MAKE-IT-WORK” our test methods are designed to validate both performance and capacity simultaneously which saves time and money.

We have learned from our years of experience in providing commissioning services for mission critical facilities as well as validating Biotechnical and Pharmaceutical production facilities that test methods have to be repeatable. This experience combined with our trouble shooting skills truly sets us apart. Our proven test methods are tried and true based on years of experience. These test methods get clearly documented on every project which gives the facility a solid baseline for future trouble shooting and retesting.

Through the commissioning process we deliver a building that works as needed and as intended. This process includes the following elements:

  • Confirm and document the functional performance requirements of the building.
  • Through rigorous testing, validate system operation and performance.
  • Integrated system testing (Cross of Performance & System Level Testing).
  • Transfer of knowledge gained through the commissioning process to building operators.
  • Provide a base-line of performance.
  • Provide means & methods for troubleshooting system failures.
  • Provide a building that works as needed and as intended at the highest efficiency possible.
